The Guild welcomes Kaarsten Turner of North Fork Advisors LLC, and Tim McAbee of Desired Future Conditions LLC, to share their knowledge and insights into biochar production. The potential to secure carbon dioxide removal (CDR) credits for the production of biochar has opened new opportunities for landowners. However, the logistics and other hurdles present barriers for landowners’ access to these new markets. This webinar will provide a brief overview of mid-scale biochar production, CDR credits, and regional context in the intermountain west and Southeast U.S.
