Training levels described

This session has $200 early bird pricing before April 15. Bring a saw and personal protective equipment if you have them. You do not need to purchase gear or equipment in order to take this class. Some items will be available to borrow.

Training be held at the Town of Vermont Lutheran Church property just south of Black Earth, Wisconsin (exact address will be shared after registration and closer to the date).

Guild member Luke Saunders with Blue Heron Stewardship, LLC partners with Nature’s Good Company, LLC and area non-profit landowners to host Level 1 and Level 2 chainsaw safety and maintenance classes.

Though they offer women’s only classes each year, this spring session in Black Earth, WI is all-gender welcoming. Women and non-binary identifying individuals are encouraged to participate. Two-day sessions for each level later in the year would provide more presentation and practice time if desired, for those brand new to saw operation.
