Summary
Oversee all operations of the sawmill, including setting long-term strategic direction, annual operations plan with budget, and daily operations.
Ensure all aspects of woods production manufacturing, marketing and sales, customer relations, talent management, employee safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement are in place.

Qualifications

• Strong background in wood products manufacturing
• Understanding of wood properties
• Proven leadership skills
• Managerial experience promoting profitability
