Summary/Duties:

• Supervising and managing staff to meet the goals of the NCASC;
• Overseeing the development, coordination, and/or execution of a regional-scale climate change research program;
• Defining regional climate change research needs, preparing new funding initiatives, and recommending specific funding amounts based on importance for successfully meeting regional resource management goals;
• Informing decisions makers of significant research findings, innovative techniques or procedures, and other important findings.
