Summary:

This position will be posted on USAjobs, the federal government’s official job site this spring. Before then we would like to get the word out to potential candidates.

In 2022 we interviewed native and indigenous stakeholders to gather input, ideas, and feedback on our plan to develop a new position – the primary duties of which will be to assist NPS-RTCA to better serve native and indigenous communities – both governmental and nongovernmental. The input we gathered was candid and thoughtful. We received and considered difficult topics and criticisms. View the 2022 Stakeholder Outreach Report.

We took all the input we received through the stakeholder outreach interviews and created this new position. If you would like to discuss this position in greater detail, please contact Ericka Pilcher, RTCA Program Leader at ericka_pilcher@nps.gov.
