Summary:  The position will assist the Resource Management Division with stewardship of forest vegetation resources and preventing the spread of terrestrial invasive species within the 1854 Ceded Territory area of northeastern Minnesota.

Job Duties:  review and comment on forestry projects or policies, assist with implementation of co-stewardship agreements, pursue partnerships and funding agreements, collecting forestry data, coordinate with partners and workgroups, identify and map invasive plant locations, remove or treat invasive plant species, interact with the public and volunteers
