Anticipated Start Date: 08/01/2022.

This is a 9-month tenure track appointment with both research and teaching responsibilities at the Assistant Professor level. The successful candidate will be expected to establish an innovative research program by developing grant proposals, securing research funding, publishing in reputable scientific journals, mentoring graduate students, and actively participating in professional scientific societies. Teaching responsibilities will depend on the selected candidate’s interests and areas of expertise but will include developing and teaching a course in landscape conservation genetics. Allocation of appointment responsibilities will be: 53% research, 40% teaching, and 7% professional service.
