Tara received her BS in Forest Ecology and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her MS and PhD in Forest Sciences from Colorado State University. Tara’s work is focused on advancing the sustainable management of upland oak ecosystems in the eastern US\, with a focus on developing ecological forestry practices for the conservation of diversity and resiliency to changing to conditions.
